Two weeks in Vegas is enough, actually too much!  The thrill and glitz that was once there has vanished for me.
We left the RV park on the 21st headed for Death Valley.  I was going to stop in Pahrump, NV for the night but upon entering the city I realized it was just a smaller version of what we just spent 2 weeks in.  A quick stop at Walmart for some forgotten supplies and we continued onto Death Valley NP.  Four days in Death Valley was great.  We had been there before but it is one of our favorite NP's.  The day we left DV is was a wee bit windy, but the farther west we went the less wind we encountered.  I made it to Lemoore, CA at the end of the first day (414 miles.).  I wanted to get to the casino there so we could catch some of the NCAA tournament.  The Tachi Palace is a very big casino and it was really crowded.  It must of been the weekend but there were more people than machines.  We spent most of our time in the lounge watching the basketball games and drinking.  Two nights and on the road again with a short 200 miles to our next RV park.  It is really nice here and we are very close to town.  We have several day trips planed for entertainment.
The next 2 months are already scheduled.
