CooL!!!!

It has cooled down which feels really good.  Today it rain some and tomorrow is supposed to be more of the same.  We've postponed our trip to Monterey until Saturday and hopefully better weather.  The new budding leaves on the grape vines are growing quickly.  We bought 6 pounds of oranges for a dollar.  GREAT deal and they were delicious.  We have to get more before we leave on Monday. 

The above picture is of Scotty's Castle, located in Death Valley NP. 

This picture was taken out on the salt flat at Badwater(-282 feet below sea level).  We walked out about 3/4 mile.  This is looking back toward the parking area and the mountains which are much higher than they appear in this photo.

And here we are.  I am speechless.
